Beth A. Smith, Esq. is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania, where she has been admitted to the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County. Recognized for her excellence in legal writing, Beth also has experience in multiple areas of the law as a former attorney with Barbara Law Firm.

Mrs. Smith is currently the Director of Compliance and Asset Management and general council with Patriot Services Group, a national non-profit organization dedicated to helping America’s veterans find quality, affordable housing, and services.

Mrs. Smith received her undergraduate degree in Crime, Law, and Justice from the Pennsylvania State University, in State College, Pennsylvania. Thereafter, she attended the Duquesne University School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree, Summa Cum Laude.

Beth currently resides in Southwestern Pennsylvania with her husband and children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, baking, playing piano, and traveling.
