Laura Cullip

Laura Cullip has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years. Laura has a B.S. in Business Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland and an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Laura also has a PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification.

Laura works for McCormick & Co., located in Hunt Valley, MD as the Humarn Resource Manager. Prior to McCormick, Laura worked in Nuclear Energy, and International HR, gaining valuable experience that has helped propel her career further. Laura’s varied experiences have provided her with skills in marketing, employee relations and mentoring, policy writing, and workforce planning including labor laws. She has experience working with employees and businesses both locally and globally.

Laura lives in Harford County, MD with her husband, two boys, and three rescue dogs. In her spare time you can find her cheering on her boys at their various sporting events, playing in her women’s summer lacrosse league, or traveling with friends.
