Dwayne Alexander

 

Dwayne Alexander has worked in Public Housing for over thirty years. He is a visionary, proactive leader who focuses on strategic collaborations to optimize operations and quality and drive growth. He has an established reputation as a leader in asset management throughout the public housing and housing choice voucher industries. Dwayne believes in fostering individual and team professional development.

 

Mr. Alexander is the current President and CEO of Jacksonville, FL Housing Authority. He has served in various leadership roles as Deputy Director, Montgomery Housing Authority, Montgomery, AL; Executive Director, Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, Las Vegas, NV; and Deputy Executive Director and Chief of Staff, Virgin Islands Housing Authority, St. Thomas, US Virgin Island. In his spare time, Dwayne volunteers with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and NLHA (the National Leased Housing Association). He is the recipient of several awards in recognition of his years in Public Housing.

 

Mr. Alexander has a MSM from Thomas Edison State University, and a Bachelor Science, Science and Technology, degree from Montana Technology University.
